I’m pretty sure I’ve blogged about the frozen cosmo… not 100% sure so I’m doing it again! 🙂 Thank you Harris Grill for the inspiration.
- 2 oz. Whipped Vodka
- 4 oz. cranberry juice
- enough ice to make it slushy
- splash of Chambord
Dump the vodka, cranberry juice and ice into a blender. Blend until slushy. Pour into a martini glass and top with chambord. Makes 2 generous drinks. I enjoyed mine while reading the new issue of Food and Wine. 🙂
