What is a new year with out pork and sauerkraut?
Not a new year.
Instead of the straight forward pork cooked in the sauerkraut, I tried a new way of cooking it up a-la Stan (Julia’s father in law). He made fried porkloins for us while we visited right after Christmas. It was amazing.
Cut your loin, pound it thin, dredge it. Don’t forget your seasonings!
Eat it. Simple, easy and quick.
